Since 1975, Gateway Association’s Family Resource Centre has walked alongside families caring for children with disabilities—offering guidance, knowledge, and community when it’s needed most. Through one-on-one consultation, accessible workshops, and peer connection, our team helps families build the capacity and confidence to navigate complex systems, advocate for their children, and feel less alone in the process.

But not every family meets funding criteria—and the systems in place often leave many without the help they urgently need.
