Synaptic Neuro Rehabilitation Centre reduces financial and physical barriers to rehabilitation for people living with neurological conditions. Through a community-funded model, Synaptic provides more than 600 lower-cost therapy sessions each month to children, youth, and adults.

We work alongside people and their families to navigate complex systems, build meaningful connections, and build strength and confidence through consistent, individualized care. Behind every session is a moment of progress. Together, we are working toward a future where no one is left behind.
